The purpose of these general conditions of sale is, on the one hand, to inform any potential consumer of the terms and conditions under which the seller proceeds with the sale and delivery of the products ordered and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales on the Douces Angevines website.<\/p>\n

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

Any order of a product offered on the Douces Angevines online store implies consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the buyer. In accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the civil code, supplemented by decree n\u00b0 2001-272 of March 30, 2001, taken for the application of article 1316-4 of the civil code and relating to the electronic signature, it is recalled that the validation of the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Order and sale price<\/span><\/h2><\/div>

The sale prices of products online on the site are indicated in euros, and are those in force at the time of registration of the order form by the Buyer.<\/p>\n

The prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate will be automatically passed on to the price of the products sold.<\/p>\n

For Switzerland, invoicing will be exclusive of tax. At the time of confirmation of the country of delivery, the amount invoiced will be announced excluding VAT. On the other hand, the Buyer will be liable for Swiss customs taxes upon receipt of his package.<\/p>\n

If the selling prices of the products were to be modified by Les Douces Angevines, the modification would be notified to the Buyer before any order is placed.<\/p>\n

The buyer is informed and accepts that the entry of any identifier is proof of his identity and expresses his consent.<\/p>\n

Once identified, an order form will appear on the screen, summarizing the details of the order: the nature, quantity and price of the Products retained by the Buyer, as well as the total amount of the order, the contact details of the Buyer , the delivery address of the Products.<\/p>\n

The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation has been sent to the Buyer and the full price has been collected.<\/p>\n

Les Douces Angevines recommends that the Buyer keep this information in a paper or electronic document.<\/p>\n

Payment must be made when ordering by the Buyer. At no time can the sums paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.<\/p>\n

All orders are payable in euros. The Buyer guarantees Les Douces Angevines that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment he has chosen, when registering the order form.<\/p>\n

Les Douces Angevines reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order and\/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any amount due by the Buyer, in the event of payment incident or in the event of an existing dispute with the Purchaser.<\/p>\n

For any payment, Les Douces Angevines reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer's identity card and, where applicable, that of the holder of the means of payment used by the Buyer. For amounts over 400 euros including tax, Les Douces Angevines reserves the right to request a certified photocopy of an identity document.<\/p>\n

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.<\/p>\n

To pay for his order, the Buyer has the following payment methods: credit card, bank or postal check issued by a French bank, transfer, PayPal.<\/p>\n
