Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Your contribution to the shipping costs includes packaging, cushioning particles and shipping costs.

Your order is prepared with great care and then sent either by Colissimo with tracking and signature or to a Colissimo pick-up point.

For metropolitan France: the shipping costs are €7.50 by Colissimo with tracking and signature, and €5.50 at a relay point. For Zone B (Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Morocco, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey): the shipping costs are €13.58 by Colissimo Expert. Delivery is free for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 219 € including tax.

For zone C (Africa, Saudi Arabia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, United States, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Russia): the shipping costs are €35 by Colissimo Expert. Delivery is free for all orders of an amount greater than or equal to €299 including tax.

For Overseas Zone 1 (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon): shipping costs are €21.70 by Colissimo Expert. Delivery is free for any order of an amount greater than or equal to 219 € including tax.

For overseas zone 2 (New Caledonia, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Wallis and Futuna): shipping costs are €23.70 by Colissimo Expert. Delivery is free for all orders of an amount greater than or equal to €299 including tax.
