This lotion is recommended all year long for sports activities, in winter when the feet are trapped in closed shoes, and in the heat of the summer. Children from 5 years old. Not recommended for pregnant women. Morning and evening, spray on toes and soles of feet then rub in. Avoid contact with the eyes. Two-phase lotion: shake well before use. Certain active ingredients such as essential oils do not mix naturally with others in a durable way, that is why, before each use, it is necessary to shake the bottle in order to create a fast but ephemeral emulsion. It is the sign that no surface-active ingredient enters the composition.
